I am definitely my mother's daughter (and my grandfathers grand-daughter) when it comes to cheese... we are all obsessed with it! And I love the idea of having a wedding 'cheese cake'. Whether you keep it simple with only a few cheeses, or create a spectacular tower show piece with decorations and garnishes galore, either way it will be a hit with your guests at the end of the night accompanied with a fabulous glass of red wine.

2 Love Notes:
I had a "cheese" cake and a traditional cake at my wedding. it works very well. Everybody really enjoyed it.
You can have a cheese that looks like cheese and is a cheese. Then, you could have a cheese that looks like cake and is a cheese. And finally, you can have a cake that looks like cheese but really is a cake.
The last option can be previewed here: http://kathydvorski.blogspot.com/2009/11/cheese-cake.html
