Tiffany Locks

Oooohhhhhhh Tiffany's ... they always get it right! The release of Tiffany Locks is the perfect way to commemorate your wedlock. What's more exciting is that you can be really cheeky and ask your husband to buy you one every year for your wedding anniversary and create a divine heirloom jewelry piece. For me... it would be perfect next to the Tiffany key that Frog Prince gave me. He told me he held the key to my heart, but now i'm locking it up so it will never be broken and battered again.

"A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out, and we can be completely and honestly be who we are. We can be loved for who we are and not for who we are pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we're safe in our own paradise. Our soulmate is someone who shares our deepest longings, our sense of direction. When we're two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we've found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life."

Merry Christmas

Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Let your heart be light.
From now on, our troubles will be out of sight.

Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Make the yule-tide gay.
From now on, our troubles will be miles away.

Here we are in olden days,
Happy golden days of yore.
Faithful friends who are dear to us,
Gather near to us once more.

Through the years, we all will be together,
If the fate allow.
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough,
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now!

Merry Christmas... Love Frog Princess xxxx

I'm Just CRAZY about Tiffany's

I'm amazed that even though i've watched Breakfast At Tiffany's a million times, each time i watch it i hear and see something new. And each time, i fall in love over and over again. As soon as i finished watching the movie yesterday i started searching the Tiffany & Co. website for some wonderful, heart-felt gift ideas (plus, i do have a birthday and Christmas coming up, so Frog Prince, take note!!) Here is a selection of some new delicious pendants that would be perfect for a bride-to-be, bridesmaid, mother-of-the-bride... or a Frog Princess' birthday!

All pendants available from Tiffany & Co.

While we are on the topic of Tiffany's ... i've been dying to share with you this divine engagement shoot by the super-talented photographer Lisa Gratton at Ophelia Photography. Oh why are you based in Canada? Seriously Lisa ... I die !!!

You can see the entire shoot on Lisa's website Ophelia Photography

Charmed I'm Sure!

Choosing who will be your bridesmaid is one thing, but then choosing memorable gifts as a thank you is yet another stress. Luckily charm bracelets are never out of fashion, and when attached with a personal, heart-felt note they become an even more memorable gift for those special to you.

Charming Tiffany's!

These gorgeous little trinkets will become heirloom pieces that forever ignite the memory of your wedding day. Take the time to write a note and attach it to a charm that represents the personality of each of your bridesmaids, just like these one's below that I saw in a Christmas gift guide... simply charming !!!

Breakfast At Tiffany's Engagement Shoot

If you've ever been to my dollshouse (that's what everyone calls my little home... 'the dollshouse'), as soon as you walk in, there's one thing you will notice... my love for Audrey Hepburn. I have pictures on the walls, books on the coffee table, more books on the bedside table, tiffany bags scattered around the place... it's an Audrey assault of the eyes. I love the glamour of it all. Her style, her elegance, her beauty. I know there are plenty of Breakfast At Tiffany's lovers around the world, and i've seen a few images of Tiffany themed weddings (yes i've seen the "Today" show and Martha Stewart one)...but i am yet to see somebody do a really really really good Breakfast At Tiffany's engagements shoot!

Pllllleeeasseeeeee can somebody do a fantastic Holly and Fred/Paul engagement shoot !!! Otherwise I guess i'll just add it to my scrapbook of ideas for the day i find my own Fred.

Here are some basic styling ideas for the shoot i would do:
Look 1: Of course it's the icon black dress (which i have!!), long gloves, pearls, big sunglasses, tiara, coissant, Tiffany & Co. window (or an elegant chandelier).
Look 2: Trench coats, an ally way with old tin dust bins, rain, kisses, kisses & more kisses !!!
Look 3: Men's tuxedo shirt, iconic eye mask, tassle ear plugs, bath tub seat, vintage phone, old suitcases.
Look 4: Black wide brim hat with scarf, big sunglasses, chunky earrings, suit with vest, skinny tie, New York style street front.
Look 5: Tiffany & Co. store, vintage red wool coat, brown fur hat, black morning suit, cat and dog costume masks.

Some more inspiration...

Cute couple, Ossan and Tiffany, had a Tiffany & Co. inspired pre-wedding shoot.
