White Tulips

This post is for Danielle who is looking for some ideas for an all white tulip bridal bouquet (but i did add a few coloured in just to show styles). After having a look around the web, i think there is basically two styles of tulip bouquets... a tight tight tight closed bunch or a natural open and free bouquet. I think they are both just as pretty. I hope this helps you make your final decision... and the one who catches the bouquet a very happy lady!

Delphine Manivet for the Boho Bride

It's Bastille Day today so i thought it only appropriate to write about something French.

I've had this gorgeous picture of a woman dressed in a glamorous white dress pushing a vintage baby carriage on my computer for a long time. And it was only this week when i was walking along the streets of Paris that i saw the very picture in a shop window and realized that i was standing outside the boutique of a wonderful bridal designer named Delphine Manivet whose image i have been swooning over.

What i have discovered is that Delphine Manivet designs some beautiful, unique wedding gowns that scream boho bride. In fact i can imagine Nicole Richie wearing one of these gowns at her upcoming nuptials. With their delicate french lace and pretty satin ribbons, you won't be seeing any meringues at this stylish wedding.
