Think Pink !

It's Think Pink month and all around the world companies are helping to raise funds to fight the battle of this horrid disease.

No doubt, you too have been affected by Breast Cancer, in one way or another. How can you not, with one in nine Australian women being diagnosed with the disease.

So next time you see Pink, I hope you stop and think... of making a small donation to help raise funds to find a cure. Go on, by the shampoo that costs $2 more but donates the profits to The Think Pink Foundation.

The Art of a Decadent Tea

Champagne, Canapes and Clever detailing ! How amazing are these images and styling?

Carla Ten Eyck Photography staged a photography workshop and enlisted amazing floral designers and stylists who worked together to create this eye candy.

These photos have given me so many ideas for my next dinner party (or possibly a bridal shower! hehehe). I love the mis-match dinner plates, the tea-cup's with name-tags hanging from the handles, the different heights of vintage vases for the garden flowers... oh and the petit canapes served upon a bed of flowers. Superb !!!

Caravan of Love

Okay, so this hasn't really got anything to do with weddings... but caravans are back in vogue (and those around me know how excited I am about them).

So, who says you have to go on a glamorous, 5-star resort honeymoon anyway? What could be more romantic then cuddling up with your sweetheart and creating memories to last you a lifetime in a fabulous vintage, retro caravan.

It's alway reassuring to know that my little obsessions are not as crazy as they may first seem.
Funky, vintage caravans are hitting the road and the headlines. Better still, there are companies hiring the sexy silver Airstreamers for holidays.

Though i am yet to find any in Australia, in the mean time, take a tour of these site:
