You Spin Me Round... Like A Beautiful Pinwheel

If you're a follower of the top wedding and party planning blogs, you would be well aware that pinwheels are taking over the world. And for good reason, not only do they add a splash of colour to your photos, but they're a wonderful whimsical idea for invitations, name and place cards, your final send-off and perfect fun for your little guests.

If you're looking for a romantic spin on the use of pinwheels at your wedding, there are many thoughts on their symbolism. It's said that the continual movement means constancy and never-ending affection, and the wind that propels the mills evokes spirit...or perhaps being swept away (or swept off your feet?) For many, the pinwheel is a childhood icon and brings with it memories of fun and laughter, making people feel energetic and inspired. For me, without a doubt my frog prince bought with him an amazing energy to my life, he turned my world upside down and round and round. Not only that but we bring out the child in each other and life is more colourful with him leaping around. That's good enough reason to have a pinwheel party, right?

I'm okay. Very very busy with work, so unfortunately not a lot of time to chase rainbows at the moment. As for kissing frogs... not thanks !! Hope to see you soon x
